Senthil Vinu, is a Toronto based director and writer. He completed a screenwriting course in UCLA and, has directed and produced several short films and documentaries that have played in festivals across the world.  He was also selected as an "Emerging 20 Filmmaker" by Reel world Film Festival, Canada.

 

His first feature film, "Waiting for Summer", written and directed by him, played in various film festivals across North America and won “The Best Picture Award” at two Film Festivals. He also recently completed a music video of Chilean singer, Xavier Rojas.

 

Senthil has been actively involved in developing three feature films in the psychological thriller/horror and science fiction genres and, raising finance for his second feature film.
